About Ryan Ramage

Ryan Ramage is Managing Director of Ridger Group Inc., a California-based commercial real estate brokerage and advisory platform. He serves as the firm's broker of record and leads real estate investment sales, capital structuring, and transaction execution for owners, operators, developers, and investors throughout the United States.

With more than 30 years of professional experience spanning commercial real estate, structured finance, capital markets, investment banking, operations, and technical systems, Ryan brings a practical, execution-oriented perspective to complex transactions. His background allows him to translate business objectives into actionable transaction structures, identify risk early, coordinate stakeholders, and drive engagements from strategy through closing.

Ryan is also Managing Director and President of Ridger Capital Inc., the affiliated investment banking firm focused on capital placement, structured finance, M&A advisory, and strategic transactions. In that capacity he serves as a registered representative through GT Securities, Inc., a licensed broker-dealer and member FINRA/SIPC.

In addition to his roles within the Ridger companies, Ryan serves in executive, advisory, and board capacities for small and middle-market companies across infrastructure, energy, real estate, consumer packaged goods, technology, and aerospace and defense. His work is informed by a multidisciplinary background in finance, law, real estate, operations, and technology.

Ryan has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from San Diego State University and an MBA in Business from the University of Phoenix. He is a licensed California real estate broker and a FINRA registered representative with Series 79, 22, and 63 licenses.

Ryan is a proud U.S. Veteran, having served in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Princeton during the end of Desert Storm and Operation Desert Fox.
